Starting before your hospital event, for both outpatient appointments and admissions, we have established fully dedicated pathways for our International Patients. Within our Patient Relation Call Center, our International Helpline Operators will respond to your call in English giving it priority over any other call. Registration and admission office for International Patients resides in a different building from our National Health System front desks, in an area exclusively dedicated to private patients. You will be received in an elegant, confortable and confidential environment by our English-speaking dedicated International Admissions Officer who will take care of the first administrative requirements ahead of your hospital event.
A subset of our internationally-trained doctors has been selected to meet you in our new outpatient facilities if you have reached us for an outpatient appointment. If the reason of your journey to San Raffaele is an admission, your hospitalization will happen in one of our fully-private wards, being attended by English-speaking staff.
At the end of your stay the remaining administrative requirements will be taken care again by our International Admissions Officer, while your Medical Liaison Officer will finalize your patient information pack, with all results and reports in English.
