To best coordinate your path through our clinical, administrative and support services we have two dedicated Case Managers for International Patients. They will be the ones to call you back once you forward us your request for admission. They will explain you the necessary administrative steps to enter Ospedale San Raffaele in the smoothest way possible, and listen to your needs so we can have everything ready in advance. The Case manager will inform the ward and Cultural Mediator of your arrival, If you need logistic or transportation your Case Manager will have our trusted external agents reach out to you to setup everything you need. If you desire your treating doctor to be contacted in your home country the Case Manager will prompt your Medical Liaison Officer to do so.
At the end of your admission your case manager will ensure that all requirements have been fulfilled before your discharge, and verify with your Medical Liaison Officer that your discharge information is complete.
